Removal of a Growth From the Hand

Vermont rates for HCPCS 26113

Removes a soft-tissue growth or an abnormal cluster of blood vessels from the hand or a finger. The surgeon makes an incision over the lump, carefully separates it from the nerves, tendons and vessels packed tightly around it, and takes it out. The tissue removed is usually sent to a laboratory to be examined under a microscope.
