Wrist Fracture Treatment With Repositioning

Washington, DC rates for HCPCS 25605

This treats a broken wrist near the end of the forearm bone, the type of fracture often called a Colles' fracture, by manually repositioning the bone fragments into proper alignment without surgery, then holding the wrist in place with a cast or splint. It may also address a related fracture of the small bone on the pinky side of the wrist, when present, as part of the same treatment. No incision is made; the bone is set by hand.
