Rebuilding Both Forearm Bones With Own Bone Graft

Vermont rates for HCPCS 25426

A gap or defect in each of the two forearm bones is filled with bone taken from elsewhere in the same person's body, most often the pelvis. Harvesting that bone is part of the operation, and the graft is shaped and fixed in place so the forearm becomes solid again.
