Surgical Repair Of A Forearm Fracture That Failed To Heal

Rhode Island rates for HCPCS 25420

This surgery repairs both bones of the forearm when a previous fracture has either failed to heal or has healed in a poor position. The surgeon repositions the bones and uses a bone graft, tissue that encourages new bone to form, to help them heal solidly this time. It is a more involved repair than treating a single forearm bone alone.
