Corrective Osteotomy of the Forearm Bones

Vermont rates for HCPCS 25365

A surgical procedure that cuts and realigns both bones of the forearm near the wrist to correct a bone deformity, such as one that developed after a healed fracture or a growth disturbance. Both bones are repositioned into better alignment together and then held in place with pins, plates, or a cast while they heal. This helps restore more normal wrist and forearm function and appearance.
