Soft Tissue Reconstruction For An Unstable Wrist Joint

Vermont rates for HCPCS 25337

Rebuilds the support around the joint between the two forearm bones at the wrist when that joint has become loose and painful. Tendon tissue is used to create a new restraint, by transferring, grafting, or weaving a tendon across the joint, and the joint may be put back into place through an incision at the same time. It is done when an earlier injury or previous surgery has left the end of the forearm bone unstable.
