Vermont rates for HCPCS 25295
Through an incision, a tendon in the forearm or wrist is released from scar tissue and adhesions that have bound it down so it can glide freely again. It is used when stiffness after an injury, surgery, or infection is preventing the wrist or fingers from moving fully even though the tendon itself is intact. It covers a single tendon; if more than one is freed, each is billed separately.
