Rebuilds the fibrous tunnel that holds a tendon in place on the back of the wrist or forearm, using a strip of tissue taken from the patient during the same operation. It is done when the tunnel has stretched or torn and the tendon snaps out of position with movement. Taking the graft is part of the operation.
