Treatment of a break in one of the bony bumps on the inner or outer side of the elbow, in which the broken piece has stayed in acceptable position and is not moved. The arm is protected in a splint, sling or cast, and healing is followed with examinations and X-rays. No incision is made and no pins or plates are used.
