Removes or scrapes out a cyst or noncancerous growth from the bones at the elbow, either the top of the forearm bone or the bony point of the elbow, and fills the cavity with donated bone. Using donor bone avoids a second surgical site to harvest bone from the patient. Filling the space helps the bone regain strength as it heals.
