Washington rates for HCPCS 21720

This surgery releases a tight neck muscle that is causing the head to tilt or turn to one side in a fixed way, a condition often called torticollis. The surgeon divides the shortened muscle through an open incision to allow the neck to straighten and move more freely. It can be used in children or adults when the condition does not improve with stretching or physical therapy alone.
