Eye Socket Floor Repair With an Implant

Utah rates for HCPCS 21390

Repairs a broken floor of the eye socket through an incision close to the eye, freeing tissue that has dropped or become trapped in the break. A thin synthetic sheet is then placed to rebuild the floor and support the eyeball in its normal position. It is used when the socket floor has been punched downward by a blow to the eye.
