Harvesting a Cartilage Graft From the Nasal Septum

Takes a piece of cartilage from the partition inside the nose so it can be used to rebuild or support tissue elsewhere, most often in the nose or ear. The septum is reached from inside the nostril, a section is removed, and enough is left behind to keep the nose supported. There is no external scar from the harvest.
