Breast Rebuilt With a Back Muscle Flap

Vermont rates for HCPCS 19361

Rebuilds the shape of a breast using the latissimus dorsi, a broad flat muscle of the upper back, together with the skin and fat lying over it. The tissue is tunnelled around to the chest while keeping its own blood supply attached, then shaped into a breast mound. It is most often done after breast tissue has been removed for cancer.
