Tightening of the abdominal wall by removing loose skin and fat and reshaping the contour, commonly known as a tummy tuck. It is carried out during the same operation as removal of a hanging apron of excess lower abdominal skin, and is billed in addition to it. It is most often done after major weight loss or pregnancy.
