Removes loose skin, and sometimes a little fat, from the upper eyelid through an incision hidden in the natural crease of the lid. It tightens a droopy, heavy upper lid so the eye opens more easily and looks less tired. The stitches sit in the crease, so the scar is usually well hidden once healed.
