Covers each further area prepared beyond the first when a wound of the face, scalp, eyelids, mouth, neck, ears, genitals, hands or feet is cleaned back to healthy tissue so a graft or flap can take. Dead tissue, burn crust or scar is cut away, and tight bands of scar may be released. It is billed in addition to the first area prepared.
