Simple Stitching of a Long Wound

Closes a cut that goes through the skin but not into deeper structures, using a single layer of stitches, staples, or tissue adhesive. This version covers a long wound totalling roughly 20 to 30 centimeters (about 8 to 12 inches), on areas such as the scalp, neck, trunk, arms, or legs. Cleaning the wound and removing debris is part of the repair.
