Spine Tethering For Curvature, Longer Run

Wyoming rates for HCPCS 0657T

An operation to straighten a curved spine by fixing anchors to the front of the spine bones and running a flexible cord between them. Tightening the cord pulls the curve straighter and lets it keep correcting while the spine is still growing, without locking the bones solid. This version covers a longer run of spine bones.
