Searches a cancer's complete genome for the changes driving it, in any type of tumor. Fresh tissue, blood or a bone-marrow sample is both sequenced across the whole genome and examined by optical genome mapping, which images very long DNA molecules to reveal large rearrangements, and the findings are compared against the patient's own normal tissue so that only cancer-specific changes are reported. It is the member of this family of tests that uses both techniques together.
