Lung Nodule Protein Risk Assessment

Maryland rates for HCPCS 0080U

Helps judge whether a lung nodule found on a scan is likely to be cancerous. It measures two blood proteins — galectin-3-binding protein and M130 protein — in plasma and combines them with five patient risk factors to report a probability rather than a plain measurement.
