New Hampshire rates for HCPCS 0002U

Estimates the likelihood that a person has polyps — growths in the lining of the colon that can develop into cancer. It measures three small molecules in urine, ascorbic acid, succinic acid and carnitine, and reports a probability. No genes are examined.
