This covers a detailed hand-drawn or documented examination of the back of the eye, focused on the retina, performed with pupil dilation and specialized lenses. It is used to closely track a known condition such as a retinal tear, detachment, or suspicious growth over time. This is the follow-up version of the exam, used after the condition has already been evaluated once.
