Imaging Guidance For Bile Duct Drainage

Mississippi rates for HCPCS 75980

The x-ray guidance and interpretation used while a drainage tube is placed into a blocked bile duct through the skin and the liver. Contrast dye is injected during the procedure so the ducts can be seen, the route checked, and the final tube position confirmed.
