Revision of Spinal Stimulator Wires Placed by Needle

Oregon rates for HCPCS 63663

Repositions or replaces the thin stimulating wires of a spinal cord stimulator that were originally placed through a needle rather than through an open incision. It is done when a wire has shifted, broken, or is no longer covering the painful area. X-ray guidance is used to confirm the new position.
