Spinal Injection At The Neck Or Upper Back

Indiana rates for HCPCS 62310

An injection of medication — such as a steroid, a numbing drug, or a pain reliever — into the space just outside the covering of the spinal cord, or into the spinal fluid itself, at the neck or upper back. A single dose is delivered through a needle, which is then removed rather than left in place for continuing infusion.
