Treatment of a narrowed or blocked artery below the knee using both a device that shaves or removes the fatty plaque from inside the vessel and a metal mesh stent left in place to hold the channel open. Balloon widening of the same vessel is included. It is done through a small arterial puncture and treats one leg.
