Nationwide rates for HCPCS 35500

A length of vein is removed from the arm through an incision so that it can be used as the graft in a bypass operation on the heart or the leg. It is used when the usual leg vein is too small, diseased, or has already been taken. It is billed in addition to the bypass operation in which the vein is used.
