Pinning A Broken Wrist Through The Skin

Nationwide rates for HCPCS 25606

Sets a break at the lower end of the forearm bone at the wrist and holds it with wires or screws passed through small punctures in the skin, without opening the fracture itself. X-ray pictures guide the surgeon in lining the bone up and placing the metalwork, and a cast or splint is usually applied afterwards. The metalwork is often taken out once the bone has healed.
