Cement Repair Of A Collapsed Lower Back Bone

Treatment for a crushed compression fracture in one of the bones of the lower back. Through a small skin puncture a needle is guided into the collapsed bone, a space is opened up inside it, and bone cement is injected to stabilize the bone and relieve pain. There is no open incision, and imaging guides the needle throughout.
