Midface Reconstruction of the Upper Jaw and Nose

Maryland rates for HCPCS 21150

Reconstructive surgery that repositions the bones of the middle of the face — the upper jaw and the area around the nose — to correct a deformity or a jaw that does not line up with the rest of the face. The bones are cut in a planned pattern, moved into their corrected position, and held there while they heal.
