Anesthesia care for treatment of the lower part of the thigh bone, just above the knee, carried out without opening the skin, in which the bone is manipulated back into position and held with a cast, splint or traction. Anesthesia relaxes the muscles and takes the pain away so the bone can be moved into line. The doctor carrying out the treatment charges separately.
