Pennsylvania rates for HCPCS 01220

Anesthesia care for treatment of the upper and middle parts of the thigh bone that is carried out without opening the skin, in which the bone is pushed back into position and held with traction, a cast or a brace. Anesthesia relaxes the powerful thigh muscles and removes the pain so the bone can be moved into place. The doctor carrying out the treatment charges separately.
